I freaking hate midterms. This round of midterms( well I still have one more on Tuesday) was the worst. I felt like I was studying for finals, only getting like 2-4 hours of sleep each day. Regarding my fitness, this week was my rest week, where I was suppose to do like 1hr - 2 hrs of cardio everyday, but who has time for that when you’re stressing over midterms. I really can’t wait to get back in the gym and start lifting. I feel so sluggish. ToT I can’t wait for midterms to be over!
